Meet Woody, Community Engagement Lead
Woody has been married to Rachel since 2010, with a step daughter called Hannah who now lives in Australia.
Woody began working at Shine through a Near Neighbours’ program in January 2012, and started as a full-time Community Engagement Coordinator for Shine in January 2014.
His role is very varied helping people with benefit advice, appeals and housing advice. He also runs a support group around addictions, a gardening group, food distribution and debt advice. I really believe in the work we do at Shine and it is great to see the difference in peoples lives.
