1:1 support for those in need
We journey alongside those who need support

Our vision is to create a brighter future for our community, a future where local solutions meet local needs. We want to bring positive change to people in emotional distress through providing professional counselling to adults in need.

We are delighted to work with Wellspring Therapy and Training to make counselling accessible and affordable for our community.

Our dedicated counselling space provides a spacious, open, light and comfortable place for our team to offer face-to-face counselling and therapy.

Counselling can help with many difficult life problems – from dealing with anxiety and depression, managing harmful emotions and behaviours or coping with traumatic experiences and events.

Throughout therapy sessions you will be heard and understood, have space and time to explore difficulties, thoughts and feelings without being judged.

Counselling can help you come make positive life changes, increase confidence and self-esteem, improve mental health and come to terms with difficult experiences.
